Recently I read we should "start thinking small" instead of thinking BIG. Sounds funny but dissecting a situation into micro blocks can help achieve extraordinary results. My theory is that it's much easier for the mind to complete a small task on a regular basis, instead of trying to tackle the larger goal at hand.
I started watching the LPGA Tour last year, and to be completely honest, it started off as background noise while I worked on honey-do's:) (honey do that, honey do this). Before I knew it I was watching a complete round while admiring the fluid slow swings that produced consistent and accurate results. PGA Tour players have very fast swing speeds and it's hard to see their rhythmic swings unless the magic of television shows you those swings in slow motion.Read More
